Is this business coaching?
No. Business coaching focuses on strategy, tactics, and business growth. The Coaching Formula™ focuses on coaching the person. When leaders become better at coaching people, better business outcomes often follow naturally.
Is this based on ICF coaching?
Yes. The curriculum is built around the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and professional coaching principles. While this program alone does not grant an ICF credential, it provides an excellent foundation for leaders who may eventually pursue professional coach certification.
Can this help me become a KW Wellness Coach?
Yes. Many future KW Wellness Coaches begin by developing foundational coaching skills through this program. There is a separate pathway to becoming a KW Wellness Coach, and this training is an excellent place to begin developing the mindset and coaching competencies needed for that journey.
How often does the group meet?
The Coaching Formula™ meets once each month in a live virtual training. Additional weekly training is provided in the member platform. Every session is recorded, so if you're unable to attend live, you'll still have access to the training afterward.
What does membership include?
Leadership Members receive access to Monthly Coaching Formula™ training, Session recordings, Leadership Masterminds, KW Wellness Leadership Hub, Wellness platform resources, Leadership events and retreats, Coaching and education opportunities, and Preferred pricing on additional coaching for Certified Market Centers.
How much does membership cost?
KW Wellness Leadership Membership is $99/month. For Market Centers, the membership covers all leadership team members. An additional $59/month includes your current ALC members.
