The KW Wellness Platform is intended for Keller Williams agents, team leaders, market center leaders, and approved affiliate partners. Access may be restricted based on membership tier or role. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and professional wellness purposes. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission.
• Use the Platform to harass, intimidate, or harm any individual or group.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of KW Wellness, Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI), or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use KWRI's or KW Wellness's trademarks, logos, or branding.

5. User-Generated Content

When you post content to the Platform (such as community discussion posts or replies), you grant KW Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform. You represent that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
