The Program
When life changes,
business can
change with it.
The KW Wellness Coaching Grant Program provides access to professional coaching for KW associates and adult family members experiencing a significant disruption.
Coaching grants may provide 30, 60, or 90 days of complimentary coaching, depending on the circumstances, coaching needs, available resources, and coaching capacity.
The purpose isn't to solve the event itself. Coaching provides a dedicated space to help someone regain clarity, determine what matters most right now, establish realistic priorities, navigate change, and begin identifying their next steps.

Who Is Eligible?

Keller Williams Associates
Active KW associates navigating a significant disruption to their life, business, or both.

Adult Family Members, 18+
Adult family members of KW associates who are themselves experiencing a qualifying disruption.
Requests are reviewed individually.
Financial circumstances, the nature and impact of the disruption, coaching needs, and available coaching capacity may all be considered when determining grant support.
The program is intentionally designed with flexibility so KW Wellness can respond to individual circumstances rather than requiring every situation to fit within a rigid formula.

LIFE
You may be navigating illness, caregiving, grief, displacement, loss, recovery, family responsibilities, or another significant event requiring your time, energy, and attention.
Disruption
BUSINESS
You may be temporarily unable to work, serve clients, generate income, maintain normal business operations, access your workplace, or give your business the attention it normally requires.
Coaching Grants
Support designed around the season you're navigating.
Immediate
Short-term coaching support to help navigate an immediate disruption, establish priorities, and determine next steps.
Continued
Continued coaching support for circumstances requiring additional time to navigate change, recovery, or transition.
Extended
Extended coaching support for significant circumstances with a longer-term impact on life or business.
Grant duration is determined individually based on circumstances, coaching needs, program capacity, and available coaching resources.

"Significant life events rarely affect just one part of someone's life."
Every coach participating in the KW Wellness Coaching Grant Program is a Whole Person Coach who supports wellbeing across all seven pillars of the KW Wellness model.
A disruption at home can affect business. Financial stress can affect relationships and wellbeing. An illness can change routines, priorities, energy, and what's possible right now.
Our coaches take the whole person into consideration and help participants navigate the interconnected areas of their lives while identifying practical next steps forward.

Coaching is not therapy or crisis intervention and does not replace medical care, mental health treatment, financial assistance, legal services, emergency services, or disaster-relief resources.
Additional Coaching Support
Support doesn't have to end with the complimentary grant program.
KW Wellness wants professional coaching to remain accessible when possible. Applicants who are not selected for complimentary coaching may be offered 50% reduced-cost coaching, subject to availability and individual circumstances.
Availability and eligibility for reduced-cost coaching are determined individually.
KW Wellness + KW Cares
Different resources. One shared goal: supporting our people.
KW Cares provides financial assistance to eligible Keller Williams associates and families experiencing qualifying emergencies and catastrophic hardship.
The KW Wellness Coaching Grant Program serves a different purpose: providing professional coaching support to help people navigate the personal and professional disruption surrounding significant life events.
Receiving or qualifying for KW Cares assistance is not required to request a KW Wellness Coaching Grant.

KW Wellness reserves the ability to determine grant duration and level of support based on individual circumstances.
