Kimberly Guiry
KW Wellness Founder + Community Leader
Kimberly Guiry is committed to helping entrepreneurs feel good about their business and even better about their lives. She empowers others to tap into their passion and purpose by focusing on mindset, motivation, and behaviors.
She has developed a coaching methodology focused on the whole person — integrating mindset, health, and life circumstances — and its direct correlation to business performance, sustainability, and growth.
Kimberly joined Keller Williams in 2018 as a MAPS Performance Coach. In 2022, she launched the MAPS Life Coach Program, and in 2023, she founded KW Wellness. Across each of these initiatives, the common thread is helping agents and leaders live purpose-filled lives while building profitable businesses.
In her 25+ year career, her client list has included commercial and residential real estate developers, Series A and B tech startups, A-list celebrities, nonprofits, small- to medium-sized businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.
Kimberly has completed executive education through The Bank of America Institute for Women Entrepreneurs at Cornell University and the Howard University School of Business. She is an ICF-trained coach with over 15 years of coaching experience, a certified WELCOA Workplace Wellness Coach, and an NLP Master Certified Practitioner. She has also studied nutrition through Precision Nutrition and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her fitness certifications include yoga, indoor cycling, and breathwork.
